SMIDDY(IMSC)Ltd was established in 2020. With over 35 years of mechanical engineering experience in the field of mechanical seals and rotating equipment.

We work with plant engineers and maintenance departments, providing solutions to improve mechanical seal performance and in turn improving equipment reliability.

Our key focus is to optimize mechanical seal performance, in doing so, we also supply and repair mechanical seals, and engineering products.

SMIDDY(IMSC)Ltd product range is different to traditional mechanical seals. We provide a unique range of products which offers more choice and better reliability.

We have had an association with our suppliers for many years, allowing us to offer seal technology which is considerably better than most single-source supplies.

We supply niche products, new seals & seal repairs, particularly where traditional mechanical seal face technology is unable to provide good reliability. From our network of suppliers, we identify and supply more suitable solutions. Our material selection complies with (FDA) and EU 1935/2004 Regulations.
