Particularly for use on large equipment such as Large Pumps, Agitators, Mixers, Reactors, Autoclaves, Horizontal – Vertical Filters, Calendars, Fermenters and similar units. Large shafts often have a tendency for the shafts to move eccentrically, this applies both to axial, radial and pendulating movements.
Conventional mechanical seals cannot cope with these extreme conditions.
DEPAC offers mechanical seal type 365 for such applications.
Thanks to its unique design with “floating” seal faces, the mechanical seal can absorb these extreme movements in the seal itself and nevertheless always maintaining the seal faces in the same pressure ratio to each other.
This mechanical seal offers excellent reliably independently of any shaft movements.
